This project at Lot 8 Kilvington Court, Berwick delivers a contemporary luxury double-storey residence defined by strong architectural form, refined materiality, and a confident suburban presence.
The design is composed as a series of articulated volumes, with clean horizontal planes, recessed balconies, and framed openings used to break down scale and enhance visual depth. A restrained palette of light-toned rendered finishes is complemented by warm timber accents and dark detailing, creating a balanced and elegant façade expression.
Internally, the home is organised around expansive open-plan living, dining, and kitchen spaces that form the central hub of family life. These areas are supported by flexible formal and informal zones, allowing the home to accommodate both everyday living and entertaining.
Upper-level accommodation is arranged as a private retreat, incorporating a generous master suite, additional bedrooms, and a family living space that enhances separation between public and private areas of the home.
